Key Account Manager - Sales & Marketing (Copper Tube)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
  • Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities to meet those needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Prepare reports on account status, including sales projections and customer feedback
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Qualifications

Education Qualification

  • Engineering gradute or relevant field
  • Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration (preferred)

Experience

  • 10-14 years of experience in marketing within the Copper industry
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing key client accounts and driving business growth
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of the Copper industry, market trends, and customer needs
