Key Account Manager - Sales & Marketing (Copper Tube)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
- Understand client needs and identify new business opportunities to meet those needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Prepare reports on account status, including sales projections and customer feedback
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Qualifications
Education Qualification
- Engineering gradute or relevant field
- Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration (preferred)
Experience
- 10-14 years of experience in marketing within the Copper industry
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing key client accounts and driving business growth
- Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of the Copper industry, market trends, and customer needs
