Lead Civil

Civil Work Execution: 

Supervise and manage all on-site civil construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, project schedules, and quality standards. 
Coordinate with contractors and site teams to resolve execution challenges and maintain smooth progress across all civil works. 

Quality Assurance: 
Monitor the quality of civil structures such as foundations, roads, and buildings, conducting inspections and addressing any deviations from standards. 
Implement corrective measures to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory quality benchmarks. 

Safety and Compliance: 
Enforce safety protocols and procedures during all civil activities, conducting regular safety audits to minimize risks and incidents. 
Ensure that all civil construction adheres to environmental regulations and statutory compliance requirements. 

Liaison with Authorities: 
Collaborate with local government authorities and regulatory bodies to secure necessary permits, approvals, and clearances for civil construction. 
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to address administrative challenges and facilitate project execution. 

Resource and Material Management: 
Plan and ensure the availability of required materials, machinery, and manpower at the site to meet project timelines. 
Optimize resource utilization and maintain detailed records of material usage and inventory for future audits. 

Reporting and Documentation: 
Maintain comprehensive documentation of civil work progress, quality reports, and compliance certifications. 
Prepare regular progress updates and reports for senior management, highlighting challenges, milestones, and resolutions. 

Educational Qualifications: 
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 
A Master’s degree in Construction Management, Structural Engineering, or Project Management is advantageous. 
Certifications in safety management, environmental regulations, or quality assurance are a plus. 
 
Work Experience: 
13+ years of experience in civil engineering, specifically in the construction and execution of renewable energy projects (wind, solar, etc.). 
Proven experience in site management, civil works execution, and coordinating with contractors and local authorities. 
Strong background in quality assurance, safety compliance, and managing resources/materials on large-scale construction projects.
