Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the DCS/PLC team in the operation and maintenance of SCHINEDER FOXBORO -BOILER and TURBINE systems. 
• Develop and implement control strategies to optimize system performance and efficiency. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to DCS and PLC systems. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems with other plant operations. 
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. 
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. 
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Drive innovation and process enhancements to increase overall plant productivity and reliability. 
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in C&I Engineering, Control Systems, or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of SCHINEDER FOXBORO DCS-BOILER and TURBINE systems.
