Lead - Environment, Social & Governance
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Promote transparency by disseminating ESG information and engaging stakeholders with regular updates and responses to inquiries.
Regulatory Approvals And Compliance
Ensure timely obtaining applicable ESG Regulatory Approvals and ensure for the compliance requirements.
Coordinate for comprehensive audits and implement corrective actions to ensure regulatory compliance.
Digital Solutions And Technological Integration
Lead the development and deployment of digital platforms for efficient ESG data management for the company and suppliers and reporting.
Evaluate and integrate advanced digital tools to streamline ESG disclosure processes and enhance data accuracy.
Stakeholder Engagement And Communication
Develop and execute strategies for effective stakeholder engagement, including investors, local communities, NGOs, and government agencies.
Foster positive relationships through clear communication of ESG initiatives and performance. Implement feedback mechanisms to enhance ESG practices and transparency.
ESG Risk Management And Compliance
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and prioritize ESG risks, including environmental, social, and governance-related risks.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, integrating them into business operations and project planning. Monitor risk indicators, escalate emerging risks, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Innovation And Continuous Improvement
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ESG. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in ESG strategies and practices.
Lead initiatives to implement new ESG solutions, technologies, and practices that enhance sustainability performance. Promote a culture of ESG awareness and responsibility within the organization.
Team Leadership And Brand Development
Guide and develop a high-performing ESG team through guidance, training, and creating a collaborative work environment.
Align team goals with organizational objectives, support professional growth, and ensure adherence to ethical standards. Enhance the company’s reputation as a leader in sustainable energy and leverage digital advancements to improve ESG practices.
Qualifications
Qualification :: Master's Degree / Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field
Experience Required: 18 to 22 Yrs
