Job Description:

• Operated conventional and semi-automatic machines including Lathe, Milling, Drilling, and Grinding machines.
• Set up machines by selecting appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters as per job requirements.
• Read and interpreted engineering drawings and blueprints to produce components within tolerance.
• Measured and inspected components using vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure quality.
• Maintained dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per specifications.
• Performed basic machine maintenance and reported breakdowns to supervisors.
• Followed shop-floor safety rules, 5S practices, and company quality standards.
• Achieved daily production targets while minimizing rejection and rework.
• Maintained production and inspection records.
