Responsibilities

Metallization Process Development:

• Lead the design and optimization of metallization processes for solar cells, focusing on techniques like screen printing, laser ablation, and electroless plating to enhance efficiency and yield.

Material Selection and Innovation:

• Research and evaluate new metallization materials and technologies to improve conductivity, reduce costs, and enhance the overall performance of solar cells.

Project Management:

• Oversee projects related to metallization technology development, managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet project objectives.

Quality Control and Assurance:

• Establish and implement quality control protocols for metallization processes, including testing and inspection methods to ensure consistency and reliability of results.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze process data and performance metrics, preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Market and Technology Research:

• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in metallization technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure all metallization processes comply with safety regulations and environmental standards, promoting a culture of safety within the team.

Training and Development:

• Develop training programs for team members on metallization techniques, equipment operation, and best practices to enhance skill sets and operational efficiency.

Digitalization/Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Implementing digital tools and technologies to optimize operations and enhance data-driven decision-making in daily activities.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

• MTech in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• 3-5 years of experience in metallization processes for solar cells, with expertise in process optimization and technology integration.
