Roles and Responsibilities
•
Lead the maintenance department and develop strategies to ensure the reliability and efficiency of precast production equipment
•
Implement best practices for preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and reduce maintenance costs
•
Oversee the scheduling and execution of routine maintenance tasks, including equipment inspections, lubrication, and calibration
•
Collaborate with production and quality teams to address equipment-related issues and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
•
Analyze equipment failure data and develop action plans to address recurring problems and improve equipment reliability
•
Manage the maintenance budget, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising equipment performance
•
Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting complex equipment issues
•
Coach and mentor maintenance team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
•
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all maintenance activities
•
Collaborate with procurement to identify and source spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies

Experience
•
Minimum of 20 years of experience in the precast industry
•
Demonstrated track record of leading maintenance operations in a precast manufacturing environment
•
Proven experience in implementing preventive maintenance programs and optimizing equipment reliability
•
Strong knowledge of precast production processes and equipment
•
Experience in managing a diverse team of maintenance professionals
