Role Overview Vishaks Metal is hiring skilled Mechanical Turners & Millers with 2+ years of experience in operating conventional lathe and milling machines. The role involves precision machining of metal components as per drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Operate lathe (turning) and milling machines safely and efficiently

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and job specifications
• Perform turning, facing, drilling, threading, and milling operations
• Set up machines, tools, and workpieces accurately
• Measure components using vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface finish as required
• Carry out basic machine maintenance and cleaning
• Follow safety rules and quality standards
• Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams
• Required Skills & QualificationsITI in Turner / Fitter / Machinist or relevant trade

Minimum 2 years of experience in turning and milling operations

• Good knowledge of cutting tools, speeds, and feeds
• Ability to work with different metals and materials
• Understanding of shop-floor safety practices
• Preferred Skills Experience in metal or heavy manufacturing industry or any.
• Basic knowledge of CNC machines (added advantage)
