Senior Engineer - Module Quality
Responsibilities
- Shift handover and take over activities
- Manpower deployments on different positions.
- Calibration of sun simulators.
- Prepared the shift calibration report.
- Re-calibration of sun simulator if required.
- Hour monitoring of sun simulator calibration and its, performance output.
- Generate the feed back’s if any product nonconformance observed and back tracing of the non-conforming product at line.
- Pre-laminate and post laminate module grade monitoring on hour basis.
- Out of box audit once in a shift.
- Records the near miss if noted at packing related to product quality and regrading of product.
- Export the IV graph and EL image from testing machine to local server.
- HHT data backup records in soft.
- Line wise RFID data verification.
- Maintained the month wise master Flash test report which required to customer.
- SAP clearance of UD (Usage decision) for pallets.
- SAP clearance of dispatch shipments.
- Training of off roll employee QA department for MQP, QAP,s,SOP and WI.
- OJT of associates for special case/defect for improvements.
- Rework module monitoring.
- Shift quality MIS (Pre-laminate, Post laminate, OBA, PDA and final product grading) preparation.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.

Qualifications
Qualification - B.Tech. / B.E.
Experience- 3 to 6 Years
