Senior Manager - Electrical Projects

Strategic Roles & Responsibilities  1. Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 66KV GIS and above switch yard with all associated equipment’s CB, CT, PT, CVT, Isolator, LA, Protection Relay, CRP Panel, RTCC, Power Transformer, SCADA, SAS, Battery Charger etc. 
2. Testing, commissioning, Programming of protection relay & Trouble shooting.
3. Tripping Data analysis of various Electrical faults in electricall system.
4. Erection, Commissioning and testing of HT & LT Switchgear Panel, Fast Bus Transfer system,11kV RMU,11kV HT & LT Motor, NGR, Distribution transformer 11/0.433KV,  PCC, MCC Panel, APFC Panel, AMF Panel & Synchronization system.
5. Erection, commissioning and testing of DG set & UPS system.
6. Erection, Commissioning and testing of PLC, SCADA based electrical system & trouble shooting.
7. Trouble shooting of large industrial utility system i.e. Air Compressor, AHU, VFD, HT/LT Motors/Water Treatment plant/HVAC/Gas Management system /VAM and its associated electrical system.
8. Effective Erection, Commissioning and Test of 11/33/66kV network & LT/HT Network of the plant.
9. Energy reports and MIS report preparation/checking 
10. Spare parts and inventory management.
12. Preparation of SOP & E&C schedules, checking for proper adherence of PM schedule.
14. Safety awareness and implementation.
15. Familiar with HSE, QMS and Value Engineering.     Technology and IT Enablement MS Office, SAP     KRAs with   Outcomes ( Jobs which brings value to the organisation)       Domain Keys Result Ares Outcomes    Electrical /Utility- Construction management (66kV GIS,11kV HT & LT Power network, MSTPL  HT Network ) 1.Ensure uninterrrupted power supply during E&C of Cell & Module plants and its auxilairy equipments as per specified quality.
2. Adopt safe & Best Practices for E&C of Electrical equipments
3.Equipment maintenance analysis for effective operation and maintenance.
4.Harmonics Analysis in system and corrective measures & control with in specified limits
5 Protection Realy testing & parameterisation. Uninterrupted power supplies to all users.   System reliability improvement 1. RCFA report preparation 
2. System study & improvement planning 
3. Followup & compliance of shutdown, pending jobs/modifications etc. Maintaining system service uptime    Material management 1. Material mIn-max implementation
2. Creating PR & followup action for make the material at site 
3. Checking for project electrical material requirements & action plan to make the same available at site Reduction of downtime due to lack of spares   Organization Building and Development 1. Personal Development initiatives
2. Implementation of 5S & KAIZEN system
2. Create a culture of vibrant and motivated work atmosphere
