Senior Manager - Instrumentation Maintenance

Responsibilities

1. Drive Instrumentation maintenance activities for assigned Plant within the GPVC complex .
2. Execute Maintenance strategies to achieve production targets.
3. Coordination with stakeholders including operation, other engineering disciplines, contractors, vendor, etc
4. Training & Development of Trainee officers to develop their competencies and Sucession plan.
5. Analyze the issues, risks, bottlenecks and implement the solutions to overcome limitations and mitigate risks of the Plant.
6. Provide technical support to keep plant operation as per the design with effective and efficient resolution of all PM and CM work orders with providing recommendations, SMPs & contractors
   scope of work as applicable
7. Provide inputs for Annual Plan & Budget of CAPEX and OPEX for Instrumentation Maintenance activities of assigned plant.
8. Implementation of Process Safety Management elements and procedures of the Plant w.r.t. Maintenance.
9. Troubleshoot breakdowns and effectively conduct root cause analysis and drive the recommendations execution.
10. Conduct performance analysis for Instrumentation equipment to support proactive maintenance plans development.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification: 

1. B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering , Diploma/ in Instrumentation

Experiences:

1. Having 10~15 years in Instrumentation maintenance in Petrochemical, Refinery, Oil & Gas.
