Job SummaryThe Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising on-site construction and erection activities, ensuring proper installation of prefabricated structures and mechanical equipment as per project specifications, drawings, and safety standards. The role requires coordination with project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities• Supervise site activities related to erection of prefabricated structures, steel structures, and mechanical equipment.

• Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and project schedules.

• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth execution of site work.

• Monitor installation, alignment, and erection of structural components and mechanical systems.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety compliance.

• Maintain daily site reports, progress reports, and material tracking records.

• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials at the project site.

• Identify technical issues and coordinate with design or engineering teams for solutions.

• Ensure adherence to company safety guidelines and industry standards.

• Support project completion within timeline and budget.

Required Skills• Strong knowledge of erection activities for prefabricated buildings or steel structures

• Understanding of mechanical equipment installation

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

• Site supervision and project coordination skills

• Knowledge of safety standards and construction practices

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Experience• Experience in PEB projects, industrial construction, or steel structure erection will be preferred.

• Experience working at project sites with contractors and fabrication teams.
