Sr. Engineer

• Lead the mechanical maintenance and operations within the copper business, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards
• Develop and implement strategic plans for equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability improvement
• Oversee the execution of preventive and predictive maintenance activities for mechanical systems and equipment
• Manage a team of mechanical engineers and technicians, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address mechanical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operations
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the condition of mechanical assets and implement necessary corrective measures
• Participate in the planning and execution of new mechanical projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical engineering and maintenance practices, integrating innovative solutions into existing processes
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, safety consciousness, and operational excellence within the mechanical team

• 13-17 years of experience in the Copper Business industry
• Demonstrated expertise in mechanical engineering and maintenance
• Proven track record of leadership and team management
• Hands-on experience in implementing and improving mechanical processes
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration (preferred)
