Field Sales Executive

Field Sales Executive, your core job will be market coverage and outlet expansion.

Primary Responsibilities

Visit kirana stores, general stores, wholesalers, and small hotels daily.

Introduce Shahnaaz Masala products and open new outlets.

Take regular orders and ensure repeat ordering

Follow up on payments and outstanding bills

Ensure proper stock rotation and avoid expiry/returns

Coordinate with distributors for timely supply

Track competitor brands, pricing, schemes, and offers

Collect market feedback and share insights with the company.

Distributor Expansion (Additional Responsibility)

Identify potential distributors / sub-distributors

Assist in onboarding distributors in new areas

Support distributors in expanding retail reach
