### *Job Description:*

We are seeking experienced *Light or Heavy Vehicle Drivers* (Four-Wheeler) who are willing to undergo *training to become certified Scissor and Boom Lift Operators*. The role involves a transition from driver duties to full-time operation of elevated work platforms after successful training and certification.

### *Key Responsibilities:*

* Operate four-wheeler light or heavy vehicles as per company needs.

* Undergo mandatory training for *Scissor Lift and Boom Lift operation*.

* Support site logistics and personnel movement during initial training phase.

* Post training, operate *Scissor Lifts* and *Boom Lifts* safely for elevated work tasks.

* Conduct daily inspection of lifts and report maintenance needs.

* Follow all *safety protocols* and *operational procedures* at work sites.

* Maintain proper logs and reports of lift operations.

* Assist in moving and positioning the lift platform as per project requirements.

### *Eligibility Criteria:*

* Must hold a *valid Light/Heavy Driving License* from India.

* *Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience* in construction or industrial environments preferred.

* Physically fit and medically cleared to work at heights.

* Willing to *undergo 90 days training with Salary of Trainee* and certification for lift operation.

* Basic understanding of mechanical operations and site safety is a plus.

* Age: *21–35 years*
