👨‍🍳 1. Head Chef (Indian / Multi-Cuisine)



Position: Head Chef

Department: Kitchen

Reporting To: Management



Job Responsibilities



  • Complete kitchen operations manage karna (Indian, Tandoor & basic Continental).
  • Menu planning, food costing aur portion control.
  • Food quality, taste aur presentation ensure karna.
  • Kitchen hygiene, food safety aur SOPs follow karwana.
  • Raw material requisition & inventory control.
  • Team (tandoor, helpers) ko train aur supervise karna.
  • Guest feedback ke according improvements suggest karna.
  • Wastage control & cost optimization.




Requirements



  • 5–8 years ka experience as Head Chef / Senior Sous Chef.
  • Indian & Tandoor food ka strong knowledge.
  • Hotel / Restaurant background preferred.
  • Leadership & kitchen management skills.
  • Hygiene & food safety ka proper knowledge.






🔥 2. Tandoor Cook



Position: Tandoor Chef

Department: Kitchen

Reporting To: Head Chef



Job Responsibilities



  • Tandoor items prepare karna (Roti, Naan, Tikka, Kebabs).
  • Tandoor temperature & safety maintain karna.
  • Marinades & pre-preparation ka dhyan rakhna.
  • Orders timely aur consistent quality ke saath serve karna.
  • Cleanliness & hygiene maintain karna.
  • Head Chef ke instructions follow karna.




Requirements



  • 2–4 years ka experience as Tandoor Cook.
  • Tandoor operation & safety ka proper knowledge.
  • Fast-paced kitchen me kaam karne ki ability.
  • Teamwork & discipline.






🍳 3. Kitchen Helper



Position: Kitchen Helper

Department: Kitchen

Reporting To: Head Chef



Job Responsibilities



  • Vegetable cutting, basic prep & cleaning.
  • Utensils washing & kitchen area clean rakhna.
  • Raw material handling & storage me help karna.
  • Chefs ko service time me assist karna.
  • Hygiene & safety rules follow karna.




Requirements



  • Freshers can apply.
  • Kitchen me kaam karne ka interest.
  • Physically fit & disciplined.
  • Willingness to learn.






🍽️ 4. Utility (UT – Kitchen Utility)



Position: Kitchen Utility / UT

  • Bartan dhona (manual / dishwasher).
  • Kitchen floors, sinks & garbage area clean rakhna.
