*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Market Expansion:* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FMCG sector, both locally and internationally.

3. *Client Relationship Management:* Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new business partnerships to maximize revenue opportunities.

4. *Market Research:* Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Leverage insights to shape business strategies.

5. *Product Promotion:* Actively promote and present FMCG products to potential clients, emphasizing value propositions and benefits.

6. *Negotiation & Closing:* Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals effectively to secure long-term business.

7. *Collaboration:* Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain) to align on product launches, pricing, and promotional strategies.


*Requirements:*

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the FMCG sector.

- Strong understanding of the FMCG market, trends, and consumer behavior.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
