Job Description – Installation Technician (Solar Energy)We are looking for a skilled Solar Installation Technician with at least 1 year of experience in the solar industry or related electrical field. The candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar energy systems, ensuring safe and efficient project execution.

Job Responsibilities:

Installation & Commissioning – Install solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related equipment as per project requirements.

1. Site Survey & Preparation – Conduct site inspections, measurements, and prepare layouts before installation.
2. Wiring & Cabling – Perform proper electrical wiring, earthing, and cabling work following safety standards.
3. System Testing – Test and verify solar system performance after installation.
4. Troubleshooting – Diagnose and resolve technical/electrical issues in solar systems.
5. Customer Support – Provide basic operational guidance and system training to customers.
6. Documentation – Maintain installation reports, service logs, and material usage records.
7. Safety Compliance – Follow all company safety protocols and ensure high-quality workmanship.
8. Team Collaboration – Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and project managers for smooth execution.

• Job Requirements:ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in solar installation or electrical fieldwork.
• Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and power tools.
• Ability to work in outdoor/field conditions.
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
