Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive / Sales Manager for our real estate projects in Muzaffarpur and Patna. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate sales, lead generation, channel partner development, and team handling.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle sales for residential real estate projects in Muzaffarpur and Patna.
• Generate own leads through various online and offline methods.
• Work on company-provided leads and ensure high conversion rates.
• Use real estate platforms like MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing.com, and other brokerage portals effectively.
• Build and manage a strong network of channel partners for maximum sales coverage.
• Conduct property visits, presentations, and customer follow-ups.
• Lead and manage a small team of Sales Representatives and Telecallers.
• Ensure timely reporting, sales tracking, and achievement of monthly targets.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain excellent client relationships.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Must be familiar with property sales trends in Bihar, especially Muzaffarpur & Patna.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to generate leads independently and convert prospects efficiently.
• Experience in onboarding and maintaining channel partners.
• Team handling experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience using online property portals (Magicbricks, 99acres, etc.).
