Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Location: Muzaffarpur, Bihar

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 years

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to generate leads, convert them into enrollments, and achieve admission targets for academy courses. This role involves fieldwork along with handling customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate relevant leads through field visits and local outreach
• Convert leads into enrollments and achieve assigned admission targets
• Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries related to academy courses
• Counsel prospective students and provide course information
• Build and maintain relationships with students and parents
• Conduct field visits for promotions and lead generation
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales (preferably field sales)
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Willingness to travel for fieldwork
• Target-oriented mindset
