Job Title: Sales & Marketing ExecutiveCompany: Spots NutritionJob Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join Spots Nutrition. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our nutrition and wellness products, driving sales, building strong client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share.

  • Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new sales opportunities through field visits, calls, and networking.
  • Promote Spots Nutrition products to retailers, distributors, gyms, fitness centers, and direct customers.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
  • Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer requirements and product improvements.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain records of client interactions.
  • Requirements:Qualification: Graduate (MBA/PG in Marketing preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales / Marketing Executive (FMCG, Health, Nutrition, or related industry preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong presentation and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools will be an advantage.
  • Passion for fitness, health, and nutrition is a plus.
