Trainee Relationship Officer

Key Responsibilities

Identify, connect with, and manage MSME clients for business loan products.

Conduct initial financial and business analysis to assess loan eligibility.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure portfolio quality and client satisfaction.

Achieve monthly business targets through effective sourcing, cross-selling, and relationship management.

Ensure adherence to the bank’s credit policy, documentation standards, and regulatory compliance.

Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Risk teams to ensure timely loan processing and disbursement.

Professionally represent the bank at client meetings, market events, and community programs.
