Job Description

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and well-spoken Edupi Care Incharge to join our ERP customer support team. You will be the first point of contact for schools and colleges using EDUPI, guiding them with feature explanations, issue resolutions, and a smooth support experience. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers with strong communication skills who are interested in Edu-Tech, customer care, and ERP systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support & Communication
  • Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and tickets from school admins, teachers, and staff.
  • Understand their queries and provide accurate resolutions promptly.
  • Maintain a friendly, patient, and professional communication tone.


Product Assistance – Edupi ERP

  • Train users on Edupi features such as attendance, exams, fee management, timetable, communication, etc.
  • Assist with module setup, configurations, and minor troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for escalations.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Log queries, resolutions, and follow-up details properly.
  • Prepare daily reports and update the support dashboard.
  • Customer Happiness
  • Ensure customers feel supported and valued.
  • Build positive relationships with institution coordinators.


Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English + Hindi + Regional Language.
  • Basic understanding of computers, MS Office, and internet tools.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Good listening skills, problem-solving attitude, and patience.
  • Ability to work independently from home with discipline.


Eligibility

  • Fresh Graduates (any degree) can apply.
  • Prior customer support experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
