Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the branding and promotional efforts for our saree showroom. Your mission is twofold: drive offline sales and scale online sales through a robust e-commerce strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy: Develop and execute strategies.

Digital Marketing: Manage social media handles (Instagram/Facebook) with a focus on high-quality content creation.

E-commerce & Digital Growth (Online)

Website Management: Oversee the online store, ensuring product descriptions are SEO-friendly and the user journey is seamless.

Performance Marketing: Oversee targeted Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and Google Ads specifically designed for e-commerce conversions.

Retention: Manage email and WhatsApp marketing sequences to recover abandoned carts and reward repeat buyers.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 1 – 3 years in retail marketing (experience in fashion or textiles is a huge plus).

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Skills: * Proficiency in social media tools and basic design/video editing (Canva, CapCut, etc.).

* Strong understanding of the local market and local consumer behavior.

* Excellent communication skills in Kannada and English (Hindi is a bonus).

Attributes: A keen eye for fashion trends and a deep appreciation for Indian ethnic wear.
