Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Associate to handle enquiries and convert leads for our fitness academy based in Bangalore. This is a work-from-home role, ideal for someone who is comfortable speaking to people, understands fitness and can communicate clearly across languages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and online enquiries
- Explain our fitness programs and offerings clearly
- Follow up with potential clients and close sales
- Maintain basic lead tracking and updates
- Coordinate with the academy team as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English
- Must be able to speak Kannada
- Additional languages are a big bonus (Hindi/Tamil/Malayalam/Telugu)
- Comfortable using phone, WhatsApp, and basic digital tools
- Good communication and people skills
- Self-disciplined and reliable (work-from-home role)
- Preferred (not mandatory): Background or experience in the fitness industry
- Prior experience in sales, customer support, or client handling
