Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Site Sales Executive to manage on-site sales activities at our project in Doddakaturu, Mysore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in clients, site visits, and converting leads into successful closures while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in clients and provide complete project information
• Conduct site visits and property presentations to potential buyers

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently at the site location
• Basic knowledge of real estate market and documentation
• Proficiency in English, Kannada (mandatory), and Hindi (preferred)
• Must be presentable and customer-focused

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in plotting / farmland / villa projects
• Strong closing skills and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously

• Working Days: 6 days a week (Weekends mandatory)
