About the Role:We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Telecallers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Kannada along with a basic understanding of Hindi or English. You’ll play a key role in interacting with potential clients or partners, managing follow-ups, and ensuring smooth documentation and onboarding processes.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers, drivers, or vendors to explain services and offers.
• Handle inbound queries efficiently and maintain a polite, professional tone.
• Maintain accurate call records, documentation, and daily follow-up reports.
• Assist in onboarding and verification processes through phone and app-based support.
• Achieve daily/weekly targets related to call volume, onboarding, or conversions.

• Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication skills in Kannada (mandatory).
• Basic understanding of Hindi and/or English for communication.
• Excellent convincing skills, patience, and listening ability.
• Ability to handle smartphones and basic app operations.
• Good documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Prior telecalling, sales, or customer support experience is an advantage (not mandatory).
