Travel Consultant

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements. The role involves handling enquiries, suggesting suitable tour packages, explaining travel details, and converting leads into confirmed bookings while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Handle customer enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, website leads, and walk-ins

✅ Understand customer requirements (destination, budget, travel dates, preferences)

✅ Suggest suitable domestic & international tour packages

✅ Provide accurate quotations and package details

✅ Clearly explain inclusions, exclusions, and policies

✅ Follow up with leads as per company SOP

✅ Convert enquiries into bookings

✅ Coordinate with operations / vendors for confirmations

✅ Assist customers with documentation (ID proofs, visas, etc.)

✅ Handle reschedules, cancellations, and basic issue resolution

✅ Maintain proper CRM / enquiry status updates

Eligibility Criteria• Any degree / diploma (preferred but not mandatory)

• Experience in travel sales / customer service is an advantage

• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
