Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Execute scheduled maintenance (SC) visits as per client contracts.
  • Diagnose and repair equipment faults, replace parts, test systems.
  • Maintain service records, report status, escalate complex issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Coordinate with customer site staff, provide status updates.
  • Travel locally within the Mysore region as needed.
  • Required Qualifications & Skills:Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a service technician (preferably in HVAC / logistics equipment / 3PL environment).
  • Sound mechanical &/or electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within Mysore region.
  • Good communication skills in Kannada and/or English.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, safe working practices.
  • Preferred:Certification in relevant field (HVAC, refrigeration, electrical) is a plus.
  • Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) or field engineers.
  • Experience with service software / mobile reporting tools.
