Account Executive

Job SummaryThe Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions of the automotive service center including billing, vendor payments, customer accounts, taxation compliance, and financial record maintenance to ensure accurate and timely accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities✅ Billing & Receivables

• Monitor customer outstanding and follow up for payments
• Handle cash, card, UPI, and online payment entries
• Reconcile daily billing with system reports

✅ Payables & Vendor Management

• Process vendor invoices and maintain purchase records
• Coordinate vendor payments as per approval
• Maintain supplier ledger reconciliation

✅ Accounting Operations

• Pass journal entries, purchase entries, and expense bookings
• Maintain cash book, bank book, and general ledger
• Perform daily and monthly account reconciliation
• Support monthly closing activities

✅ Taxation & Compliance

• Assist in GST billing, filing data preparation, and documentation
• Maintain statutory records and audit documents
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies

✅ Reporting

• Prepare daily collection reports
• Generate MIS reports for management review
• Track workshop revenue, insurance claims, and credit billing
