Account Executive (Accounting)

Role Summary

We’re hiring an Accounts Assistant to support daily accounting work in TallyPrime, help with GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), maintain clean invoice/document filing, and assist with basic attendance + payroll inputs. This role is for someone who treats accounting as the backbone of compliance, measurement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting (TallyPrime)

• Entry of sales bills, purchase bills, expenses, receipts, payments in TallyPrime
• Maintain ledgers, voucher discipline, and daily closure of pending entries

GST Support

• Assist in preparing and filing GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B under guidance
• Basic checks: invoice details, GSTIN/HSN accuracy, mismatch follow-ups

Documentation (Invoices + Records)

• Collect, organize, store and retrieve invoices and supporting documents
• Keep files clean, complete, and audit-ready (no missing paperwork)

HR Ops Support

• Maintain attendance, leaves, overtime inputs
• Share accurate payroll inputs on time

Must-Have Skills -

• Prior experience in accounts/finance
• Strong working knowledge of TallyPrime
• Working knowledge of GST + basic accounting practices
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills (filters, sorting, simple tracking)
