Job Description
- Financial Transactions: Managing day-to-day accounting entries, purchase vouchers, and expense recording.
- Reconciliations: Handling daily cash reconciliation with bank accounts and vendor account reconciliations.
- Compliance: Ensuring timely GST and TDS filings and supporting internal/external audits.
- Reporting: Preparing MIS reports, financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports.
- Administration: Some junior "Accounts Officer" roles also include administrative tasks like managing office assets, housekeeping, and attendance recording.
