Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting principles

• Month-End and Year-End Closing: Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all necessary journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations are completed on time

• General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with company policies

• Intercompany Transactions: Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations to ensure proper elimination and alignment of financial data among group entities

• Fixed Assets Accounting: Assist in the tracking, depreciation, and disposal of fixed assets, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards

• Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and variance analysis to provide insights into financial performance and trends

• Internal Controls: Participate in the development and implementation of internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Audit Support: Prepare schedules and provide documentation to support internal and external audits

• Process Improvements: Continuously identify opportunities to improve r2r processes, streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency

• Compliance: Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and standards, and ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
