Job Title: Account Manager – Chit Fund Department

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible Account Manager to manage financial records, customer accounts, and payment collections for the Chit Fund department. The candidate will ensure accurate accounting, maintain customer payment records, and support smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage chit fund member accounts and financial records.
• Track monthly subscriptions, payments, and outstanding balances.
• Handle account reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
• Ensure proper documentation and KYC records of customers.
• Monitor payment collections and follow up on pending payments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Support audit and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for auction, payouts, and financial updates.
• Maintain accurate records using accounting software and excel.

Required Skills:

1. Knowledge of accounting principles & Tally.
2. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting.
3. Strong record-keeping and documentation skills.
4. Good numerical and analytical ability.
5. Understanding of chit fund operations is an advantage.
