Accounts and Admin Executive

An executive accounts and admin role is a dual-function position that involves managing both financial and administrative tasks within an organization. The role includes handling bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and preparing financial reports, alongside administrative duties like office coordination, managing supplies, and supporting the management team. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting and office software. 

• Manage day-to-day financial operations and record-keeping
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Handle payroll and related tax filings
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Coordinate office administration tasks, including supplies management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements
• Support the management team with various administrative tasks
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary documentation
