Construction / Site Supervisor

We are looking for a versatile professional to join our Construction Department who can balance on-site supervision with office-based technical work. This role requires hands-on involvement in construction activities as well as proficiency in preparing building plans and managing project documentation.

On-Site Construction Works

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control.
• Manage labor teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress against project timelines and budgets.
• Resolve technical and operational issues on-site.

Office & Technical Works

• Prepare and modify 2D building plans using AutoCAD or similar software.
• Maintain project records, reports, and documentation in Excel.
• Assist in cost estimation, material tracking, and resource planning.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to finalize designs.
• Present project updates and reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management, Site Engineer, or ITI.
• Experience in both site supervision and office-based project work.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting) and MS Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask between fieldwork and documentation

Preferred Attributes

• Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
• Familiarity with sustainable construction practices.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
