Customer Relations Executive

CRE stands for Customer Relationship Executive in the automobile industry. CREs are an important part of the office administration in automotive companies. They work with customers, handle complaints, and help generate new business. 

Responsibilities of a CRE 

• Handling customer feedback calls
• Maintaining customer records
• Making outbound calls
• Working with the sales team to generate leads
• Scheduling appointments
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Helping resolve customer complaints
• Coordinating factory assistance
• Ensuring new vehicles are properly prepared for delivery
• Assisting in the delivery of new and used vehicles

CRE skills and experience Knowledge of the automobile industry, Ability to maintain good rapport with customers, Ability to absorb new environments, and Experience in customer relationship roles. 

Any degree/Diploma or experience in automobile industry will be added advantage.
