Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at VSSR Consulting in Mysore. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing product/service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts (24/7 operations)
