Job Description

The Backend Process Analyst handles coordination with banks, NBFCs, and credit bureaus to resolve customer account-related issues. The role involves backend operations such as document verification, data rectification, and case tracking to ensure timely and accurate resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyse customer credit reports to identify and report discrepancies.
  • Communicate with banks, financial institutions, and bureaus via email and phone for issue resolution.
  • Manage document submissions, rectification workflows, and closure verifications.
  • Record responses, update internal trackers, and prepare MIS or status reports.
  • Ensure all communications and submissions meet accuracy and compliance standards.
