Job Description:

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive with 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, social media management, and content creation. The candidate should have hands-on experience in running paid ads and managing online brand presence.

Responsibilities:

Run and manage paid ads on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)

Plan and execute monthly social media content calendar

Create content ideas for posts, reels, and ad creatives

Write ad copies and campaign messaging

Monitor campaign performance (ROAS, CTR, CPC, Conversions)

Optimize ads to improve sales and reduce cost

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

Coordinate with designers and influencers for campaigns

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads

Social media handling experience

 understanding of content creation & reels

Good analytical and reporting skills

Strong communication skills
