Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and responsible field assistant to support microfinance operations at the field level. The role involves customer interaction, loan processing support, collection and promoting financial inclusion among rural and semi-urban communities.
Key Responsibilities.
- Identify and mobilize potential customers for microfinance product
- Assist in group formation and conduct center meetings.
- Support loan application processing and documentation
- Collect repayment and maintain accurate daily record
Eligibilty Criteria:
- Minimum qualification 10th/12th/Graduation
- Basic knowledge of local language (Kannada)
- Willingness to travel extensively in the field
