💰 Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹41,000 (₹21,000 – ₹31,000 fixed + up to ₹10,000 incentives)
About the Role:
We are hiring energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to drive merchant onboarding and customer acquisition for Paytm’s payment solutions. This role requires field visits, sales pitching, and relationship management with merchants and retailers. Freshers passionate about sales are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and onboard merchants for Paytm services (QR, Soundbox, POS machines, etc.)
Conduct B2B and B2C sales activities in assigned areas
Explain Paytm products and services clearly to potential customers
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Resolve merchant/customer queries and provide after-sales support
Maintain sales reports and update managers on progress
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients
