Job Description
Grovo Foods is hiring experienced Field Sales Executives to drive retail and distributor onboarding for its new ₹20 health snack range. The role demands strong territory knowledge, execution discipline, and a passion for FMCG sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard retailers and distributors across Mysuru
- Execute new product launches and drive secondary sales
- Develop beat plans and sales forecasts
- Negotiate schemes and build lasting trade relationships
- Maintain daily reporting via Excel and SFA tools
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years FMCG sales experience
- Deep understanding of Mysuru retail landscape
- 12th pass or higher
- Own 2-wheeler for daily travel
- Fluent in Kannada; English/Hindi preferred
- Willing to work 6 days/week in a target-driven environment
