Field Sales Executive

A Field Sales Executive drives company revenue by acquiring new customers and managing existing accounts through face-to-face, off-site meetings within a designated territory. Key responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, and building long-term client relationships. This role involves extensive travel, cold calling, and using CRM tools to track performance and report on market trends. 

Key Responsibilities

• Territory Management: Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/annual sales quotas.
• Prospecting & Lead Gen: Actively seeking new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and visiting potential clients.
• Customer Engagement: Delivering presentations and conducting product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
• Sales Closure & Negotiation: Negotiating contracts, terms, and closing deals to maximize profitability.
• Relationship Building: Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Market Intelligence: Staying updated on competitor products, market trends, and customer needs.
• Reporting: Updating CRM software with daily activity reports and accurate sales forecasts. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative, Account Executive, or similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong self-motivation and a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently while traveling regularly within an assigned territory.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
