Role Overview

The Sales Executive at IMS is responsible for acquiring new clients, explaining financial products clearly, and converting leads into long-term advisory relationships. This role requires strong communication skills, basic financial awareness, and ethical sales conduct.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and convert leads for financial products:

Mutual Funds

Insurance

Fixed Deposits

Other investment solutions

Explain products in a simple, transparent, and compliant manner

Conduct client meetings (in-person / phone / online)

Understand client financial needs and coordinate with advisors

Maintain follow-ups, CRM updates, and documentation

Support portfolio review calls and onboarding process

Build long-term client relationships through trust and clarity

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred)

Basic understanding of financial products (training provided)

Strong communication skills (Kannada mandatory, English/Hindi preferred)

Persuasive but ethical sales approach

Willingness to learn financial concepts

Comfortable with targets and performance-based roles

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Experience in banking, insurance, NBFC, or mutual fund sales

NISM certification (or willingness to obtain)

Local market knowledge
