Job Description:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing visually compelling designs across various platforms, including video, print, and social media. The Senior Graphic Designer will play a key role in enhancing our brand identity, attracting new clients, and promoting our services through innovative and engaging content.

Responsibilities:

• Video Production and Editing:
• Conceptualize, film, and edit high-quality videos for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) and website.
• Create engaging video content showcasing our treatments, clinic ambiance, client testimonials, and promotional offers.
• Ensure videos are visually appealing, informative, and aligned with our brand aesthetic.
• Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and special effects to enhance video content.
• Print Design:
• Design eye-catching flyers, posters, brochures, and other promotional materials for print distribution.
• Ensure print materials are consistent with our brand guidelines and effectively communicate our message.
• Coordinate with printers to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery of print materials.
• Social Media Content Creation:
• Develop creative and engaging graphics for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Create visually appealing posts, stories, reels, and other social media content to promote our services and engage with our audience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to maximize reach and engagement.
• Branding and Visual Identity:
• Maintain and evolve our brand's visual identity across all platforms.
• Ensure consistency in design elements, including logo usage, color palettes, typography, and imagery.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand standards.
• Collaboration and Project Management:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
• Work closely with other team members, including the marketing manager, social media specialist, and clinic staff.
• Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers or freelancers, if needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in video editing, print design, and social media content creation.
• Proven experience in video production and editing, including filming, editing, and post-production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
• Adobe Premiere Pro (expert-level)
• Adobe After Effects (strong knowledge)
• Adobe Photoshop (expert-level)
• Adobe Illustrator (expert-level)
• Adobe InDesign (strong knowledge)
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and visual composition.
• Excellent creative and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for creating engaging content.
• Experience in the aesthetic or beauty industry is a plus.
• Kannada language proficiency is preferred.
