Hotel Manager

HK Staff management: Training, supervising, and evaluating staff performance. They also create work schedules and motivate the team to ensure high performance.

Financial management: Managing budgets,monitoring expenses, and preparing financial reports

Guest services: Ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction by resolving complaints, managing reservations, and overseeing service quality

Operational oversight: Supervising daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and Breakfast

Maintenance: Overseeing maintenance, renovations, and ensuring the hotel's public areas and guest rooms are well-maintained and presentable. 

Required skills and qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Knowledge of all aspects of hotel operations, such as front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage.
