HR Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Help coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Assist in performance management activities, including appraisals and feedback processes.
• Ensure the smooth administration of HR functions such as leave management, payroll, and benefits.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed.
