About the Role

Credaegis is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive (Female) to join our growing team in Mysore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and converting leads, engaging with potential clients, and supporting overall sales operations to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through outbound calls and follow-ups

• Convert leads into potential customers by clearly explaining fintech products and services

• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions

• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in the CRM system

• Coordinate and schedule client calls, product demos, and follow-ups

• Maintain clear and professional communication with prospects throughout the sales process

Key Requirements

• Female candidates only

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Lead Generation with a focus on lead conversion

• Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada

• Confident, persuasive, and highly motivated to meet conversion goals

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM tools)
