Land Acquisition Manager

Sky Top Builders Private Limited is looking for a strong, ground-level Land Acquisition & Farmer Relations Manager to lead land aggregation efforts across Karnataka. This role requires deep local understanding, trust-building skills, and negotiation ability, especially while dealing with farmers, landowners, and village stakeholders.

This is not a broker-only role and not a legal role. The focus is on relationship building, aggregation, and deal coordination.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and source agricultural and conversion-potential land parcels
• Build long-term relationships with farmers, landowners, and local influencers
• Conduct village-level meetings and one-on-one discussions
• Explain transaction structures clearly and patiently (sale, JV, phased purchase, etc.)
• Aggregate multiple small landholdings into large contiguous parcels
• Coordinate with internal legal, survey, and external consultants
• Collect basic land documents and ownership details for vetting
• Manage local sensitivities, expectations, and objections diplomatically
• Support negotiations until deal closure and registration
